The decision to renovate or to build an addition onto your home is often a wise but difficult decision; it's major, complex and very personal. The whole experience can be exciting and rewarding; but, it can also be a financial and emotional nightmare if not handled properly. Should you decide to embark on this 'adventure', my goal is to work with you throughout the entire process to make the whole experience as positive and comfortable as possible.

Depending on the scope of the project, I may recommend the involvement of an architect or designer to help with the design layout and to work with the client in realizing their dreams and ideas. Various meetings may be necessary over the course of the design process until the final design is agreed upon. Once these ideas are plotted on paper, I can give the client a "ballpark" estimate of costs to help with budgeting for the project.

Once the final design is agreed upon and the related costs for the project are within budget, a formal contract agreement will be prepared outlining the services to be performed, the associated costs as well as the time schedule and expected completion date. The various sub-trades to be involved in the project will be scheduled to ensure a timely completion. Delivery dates of materials will be arranged to fit the timelines of the project.
