Backyard Addition with Covered PorchThis family added an addition onto their bungalow which gave them an enlarged kitchen and family room on the main floor. In the basement of the addition, we created an additional family area as well as creating 3 bedrooms and a washroom. Full Sized AdditionAfter recently taking posession of this century home, the owner decided that more space and an updated kitchen was a necessary and welcome addition to the home. Reaching out of the back of the house is now a large family room with cathedral ceilings and an adjoining deck with a new bedroom and bathroom on the second floor and new living space with bathroom in the basement. Century Home AdditionThis couple wanted to create a bed/sitting room and bathroom with heated floor on their main floor. It was very important that the addition tie into the existing home so that it would look like it had always been part of the original structure. Enlarged Family HomeThis family of four had a lovely home that was just too small for them. They loved the area where they lived. Schools, parks, shopping and the library were all within walking distance. After considering selling and moving to a new home in a different community, they realized they wanted to stay where they were. So, plans began to increase the size of their current home with an addition. The two story addition has provided them with a family room on the main floor, a master bedroom suite on the second floor and a full basement under the addition which they can refinish at some time in the future to meet their growing needs.
